The Order Management component supports voice, data and wireless products. It has a vendor neutral intelligent provisioning solution with integrated workflow by service type and/or vendor, and a fully documented XML API for system to system communications. The Invoice Management component allows services providers to send their customers a fully customizable branded invoice, with the ability to perform complex rating, product and service bundling, promotions, recurring and non-recurring charges, usage or flat-fee based charging, accurate taxation with a full audit capability, and multi language/currency support.
