Datex announces the release of ACME OSS

Mississauga, ON – January 23rd, 2009

Datex Billing Services Inc. (“Datex”) is proud to announce the release of ACME OSS, the provisioning, work flow and order management capable version of its popular customer management tool.

ACME (Advanced Customer Management Environment) is a mature and robust CRM and Billing solution utilizing the SaaS (Software as a Service) model and has been deployed over the years in companies as diverse as Verizon and Bell Canada.

“This new version extends the ACME and Datex capabilities” said Jim Dawson, president of Datex. “The order management and work flow functionality addresses our customer’s demand for provisioning efficiency and performance through the integration with the customer management and billing components required by all telecom companies.”

ACME OSS has been successfully launched for Datex customers and is currently being utilized for provisioning local loop, DSL, Internet and data services, as well as VoIP and wireless services.
